On the date of 2019 April 17th, Wednesday, at 12:30, the International College undergraduate student symposium for the year 2018-2019 was held in the conference room A104 of Kunluan Building. The meeting was presided over by Fu Wanli. Deputy director of the teaching faculty, Luo Junfeng, deputy secretary of the student issues, student supervisors, teaching secretaries and representatives of 16 undergraduate students from four grades attended the symposium.

Dean Fu clarified the purpose of the symposium at the beginning of the meeting, which was to receive students’ opinions and suggestions in terms of the teaching, student management and issues of other aspects. Meanwhile, the meeting aimed to encourage students to give their feedback and suggestions. Students of all grades actively put forward their ideas and suggestions on issues such as curriculum setting, classroom teaching, innovative practice, graduation and internship.

Regarding to some of questions students raised at the meeting, the college leadership replied in a positive manner, expressing their gratitude for the good advice and their determination in the further revision and perfection of student cultivating program.

The meeting established a good communication platform for the leaders and students, which promoted the talent training program and was of great significance for optimizing teaching and learning.
